QuickTales Community Guidelines

Welcome to QuickTales, the platform where you can share your stories through audio narratives attached to photos of people, places, things, and captured moments. We at Tales Studio, Inc. are excited to have you join our community of storytellers. To ensure a positive and enriching experience for all users, we have outlined the following guidelines. By using QuickTales, you agree to abide by these guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Respect and Kindness
Treat others with respect and kindness at all times. QuickTales is a diverse community comprising individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Authenticity and Originality
Share your own authentic stories and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights.
3. Privacy and Consent
Respect the privacy and consent of others when sharing QuickTales. If your QuickTale features individuals other than yourself, ensure that you have their explicit consent to share the content publicly. Always consider the privacy settings before sharing a QuickTale.
4. Community Safety
Help maintain a safe environment for all users. Report any content or behavior that violates our guidelines or makes you feel uncomfortable. QuickTales reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
5. Child Safety
Protect the safety and well-being of minors. Do not share QuickTales that depict minors in a vulnerable or inappropriate manner. QuickTales is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you encounter any content involving minors that raises concerns, report it immediately.
6. Responsible Sharing
Be mindful of the impact your QuickTales may have on others. Consider the sensitivity of the content before sharing it publicly. Respect the boundaries of individuals and communities, and refrain from sharing content that may be offensive or triggering.
7. Audio Reactions
Audio Reactions allow users to express their thoughts and feedback through recorded audio comments. These can only be attached to Private and Unlisted QuickTales. Organizations have the option to enable Audio Reactions for their Public QuickTales. Use Audio Reactions responsibly and constructively to engage with the storyteller and contribute to meaningful conversations.
8. Community Engagement
Engage with the QuickTales community in a constructive and positive manner. Support fellow storytellers by listening to their narratives, giving thumbs up to QuickTales you enjoy, and providing thoughtful Audio Reactions. Let's celebrate the diversity of voices and experiences within our community.
9. Compliance with Laws
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using QuickTales. This includes but is not limited to laws regarding defamation, privacy, and online conduct. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with legal requirements.
10. Accountability and Consequences
Users who violate the QuickTales Community Guidelines may face consequences, including but not limited to the removal of QuickTales, Audio Reactions, and even suspension or termination of their account. Tales Studio, Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of the guidelines or Terms of Service.
